MAIN FEATURES
The machine is basic type of shape molding machine and the features are as follows:
1.Machine structure:
a, All frame are welded by strong rectangle tube, which is processed by heating treatment, keep the frame would not deform ;
b, After heating treatment, all frame are processed by sand blasting treatment to get rust prevention, so under coat and finishing coat are greatly improved anticorrosion performance and long life;
2. Electronic control:
a, Adopts PLC(Mitsubishi) and touch screen (Schneider), from close-mold, filling, heating, cooling, de-mould, the whole working procedure automatically;
b, All electronic components adopts famous brand(Schneider, Omron, Germany gauge), greatly increased stable;
c, Adopts digital coder to control mould’s opening and closing stroke, controlled by PLC and easily to adjust with high accurate advantage.
Note:
The automatic molding machine is divided into type A and B.

※ Type B: Hydraulic cylinder de-mould ejector device;
※ Extension of machine base height is optional
